Taking time to meet other artists.

This is Robert and I performing in a talent competition in San Diego. I sang "What Is a Friend?" which later became an instrumental. It was the first time I sang and played keyboard.

My daughter Janay helped get my first gig at Borders in Davis, CA.

I performed at Borders for several years. I was a bit shy about keeping my eyes open initially.

Robert has been very supportive both as a musician and as a partner with marketing.

RawArtist gave me an opportunity to gig in Sacramento. It also gave me a YouTube presence which is important as a developing artist.

This was my second year with RawArtist in Sacramento. RAWartist opened the door for me. I am looking for gigs that accept Christian Music. I am not ashamed of the lyrics I write. There are venues looking for great music regardless of the style.
